Jusri is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience shaping the GBS contact center industry. As the founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Telecontinent, he has propelled the company to become a leader in providing innovative solutions. Jusri’s expertise extends across diverse industries like Banking, Telecommunications, ICT, FMCG, Home Appliances, and Healthcare, where he has successfully managed both domestic and offshore contact centers with impressive capacities.

Jusri’s dedication is reflected in his certifications, including the COP Masterclass Graduate (IAOP). His exceptional performance was further acknowledged with the Best Account Manager for Contact Centre Award in 2016.  Additionally, under Jusri’s leadership, Telecontinent has achieved consecutive wins for the Operational Excellence in Contact Centre Award at the GBS Asia Awards in 2021 and 2022/2023.

Jusri’s influence extends beyond Telecontinent, as he actively contributes to the industry by serving as a judge for esteemed awards like the CCAM Industry Excellence Awards and the HKCCA Award 2023.  He is also the Organizing Chairperson for GBS Summit event, an initiative under the Digital Global Business Services Council Malaysia (GBS Malaysia), a Chapter of PIKOM from 2022 to 2024.  Recently in July 2024, he has been appointed by TalentCorp as the new Chairperson for the MyMAHIR Future Skills Talent Council (FSTC) Global Business Services & Data Centre sector. His strategic vision is instrumental in driving Telecontinent’s business development. Jusri excels at identifying new markets and crafting innovative outsourcing solutions tailored to client needs.

He leads taskforces dedicated to process reengineering initiatives, ensuring Telecontinent remains at the forefront of innovation.

Jusri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Economics with Multimedia from Multimedia University (MMU).  Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he honed his skills at prominent organizations such as HSBC Electronic Data Processing, EDS, Vsource / Symphony BPO, SnT Global Services, and VADS / TM Enterprise.
