The Role:
- Handle walk-in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets the expectations of the company and general industry and market
- Assist customer to their enquiries face-to-face, and also upselling the products
- Identify cause of problems and recommend best solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum STPM/Diploma holders (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (read, written and spoken)
- Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
