The Role:

  • Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Records & answer to customer inquiries
  • Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Modify the details in the system as per requests.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum SPM and above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
